Air Show Atlantic 2026, Saint John, N.B

USPA NEWS - Air Show Atlantic 2026 was held August 29th and 30th, 2026, at Saint John Airport in New Brunswick. It was a particularly notable edition because it marked the first time Air Show Atlantic was held in Saint John.

Flying displays commenced at noon and concluded 4:00 p.m. Grounds closed promptly 5:00 p.m. The headline act was the Canadian Forces Snowbirds flying the CT-114 Tutor aircraft: Victory Flight, featuring a WWII-era Spitfire, Hurricane and P-51 Mustang aircraft that had not previously appeared together at an Atlantic Canadian show. The event also included a substantial static aircraft display and ground attractions, making it a full-day family aviation event rather than just an aerial performance.

The show was especially memorable for aviation enthusiasts because it was the final season of the Snowbirds' CT-114 Tutor-era performances before the aircraft are retired from the team's flying program. Air Show Atlantic in Saint John was therefore one of the opportunities to see the iconic Tutors perform before their lengthy transition to replacement aircraft.

Air Show Atlantic 2026 was a two-day celebration combining modern military aerobatics, historic warbirds, static displays and family attractions, with the Snowbirds and Victory Flight providing the headline aviation spectacle.

The move to Saint John also expanded Air Show Atlantic's reach beyond its traditional Nova Scotia venues and gave the Saint John region an opportunity to host a major aviation event for the first time.
